This advanced Gong Polish training explores how

gong and artistic expression can work together to create liberation, catharsis, and inner beauty.

Beyond yoga and meditation, this training invites

Gongplayers AND artists to explore their own art form

in dialogue with gong vibration.

Held in the stunning nature of Bruksgården in Offerdal Jämtland, by the lake, this weekend offers space for exploration, experimentation, and soulful connection.
