It is very common to have residual symptoms in the form of poorer memory, easily tiring mentally, harder to focus and shorter working memory.

Do you want to help create your mood where you can feel secure in your mental functions and where you can manage everyday stress again in a healthy way?


This kundalini yoga course is aimed at those who have stress symptoms cognitively and mentally.


With techniques from kundalini yoga, you can create better conditions to be able to repair and restore your cognitive functions.

We meet live online 6 times where we practice together and you become familiar with different exercises and meditations that you can then continue with at home at your own pace until we meet again. You get theory interspersed with yogic techniques in practice.


At some point during the course, you will receive a short individual consultation to optimize the home exercises according to your specific needs, short meeting, telephone or via Zoom.


You do not need prior knowledge or experience of yoga, but you must not be in an acute illness phase. If you are under medical treatment, consult your doctor first.

Your teacher


My name is Elenor Öster and I am an experienced yoga and medita-tion teacher as well as a licensed psychiatrist with a special interest in how yoga and meditation can affect the brain, the nervous system and our ability to handle life's stresses.


I combine yoga's ancient knowledge of man with natural science and convey it in an easily accessible and personal way to you as a participant.


I have created and developed the course and have previously held it in different formats several times.
