Kundalini yoga - balance in life here and now!

Kundalini yoga has many names, among others it is called household yoga because it can be used by everyone and in everyday life - advanced yogis, beginners, men, women, young, old, with or without disabilities.

Kundalini yoga may be over 5,000 years old and has been taught in its current form since the late 1960s.

Kundalini yoga and its techniques are needed in our burdened times when the changes in our lives, our living conditions and on the planet are so tangible and global.

With conscious breathing (pranayam), movements and positions (asanas), meditation, gaze focus (drishti), hand positions (mudras), sound (mantra) and mental focus, various effects are created for our well-being.

You train your body at the same time as your mind and create an opportunity to be more present, more aware in your life.

A kundalini yoga session consists of a predetermined series of exercises (kriya), rest and meditation. The mantra is often used to enhance the effect of the exercises. Mantras are sounds that, with their special frequency, affect our mind.

  • The physical exercises prepare you for meditation. The body is strengthened and becomes more flexible.
  • The rests in the session allow the exercises to be integrated into your system.
  • The meditations then strengthen your mind, your ability to focus, balance everyday stress and to be more present in the present, where life happens.

All this happens when you do yoga.

When you do yoga, yoga does the work for you and your health.

We hold yoga classes, workshops, courses and private lessons.
